Build the palette
Our proposed palette is soft rose and green. Repeat a floral or botanical detail in one place rather than buying every matching item. Keep the center low enough to allow conversation and serving.
Set the scope
Count cups, saucers, and serving pieces according to the drinks and food you actually serve. The planner covers basic pieces only, not a complete tea service.
Test one complete setting
Place the actual plate, cup, napkin, and utensils together before counting the order. Measure the remaining space for serving. Keep optional styling separate from essential pieces so the budget can be reduced without breaking the plan.
Make a packing and reset list
Group the place-setting pieces, serving pieces, linens, and cleanup items separately. Record which are already owned. Leave room in the checklist for menu-specific items instead of assuming one generic party kit contains everything needed.
